Just curious, I got a call last night from a service provider working with Cablevision (it wasn't Cablevision directly - it was from a company called UUNET ANS based upon my caller ID - but I do believe they were authorized to contact me by Cablevision) regarding some security issues they are seeing with customers - specifically with keyloggers getting into people's accounts and perhaps changing/forwarding Optimum Voice calls, etc.
Now I haven't seen any issues with account and he didn't ask for any info (while I am not a security expert, I know more than enough about the issues and security so I would have never given him any info anyway), but have others gotten this call?
He couldn't provide any specifics on what they are seeing in their reports - or why he was calling me, which got me annoyed but he suggested I sweep my computers and change all passwords, etc.
