ACK received but there is no active connection

Has anyone seen a message like this in their router logs? I'm trying to figure out why my router is rebooting several times a day, when I don't see any reason for it. The message topic is in the logs several times either right before or right after the reboot. It doesn't seem to depend on which or how many devices are connected to the router at the time. I can't get enough details from the Webstar modems to tie in modem events to router events, either. But it sure is maddening to be mostly through something I'm working on and have the connection dump. I have seen similar behavior with a hardline connection to the router as well. It is not limited to wireless only.
