I continually get "No ranging response..." entries in my Motorola SBV5120 log. Service has been intermittently problematic, especially since the early October snow in 07059 (frequent browser page-load hangs or slowness, stuttering Pandora streaming, occasional telephone connection losses). Are the "No ranging response..." entries an indicator of something that ought to be addressed?
I've already had one recent service call -- with the information that there were neighborhood problems and a recommendation to swap out a press-on 75 ohm TV cable for a screw-on one, which I've done.
